Qualifications
- Professionally fluent in Spanish with strong English communication for LATAM business conversations
- Legally authorized to work in the Philippines and available for 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST / night shift schedule
- 3+ years of outbound business development, channel / partner sales, or account management experience
- B2B sales background in SaaS, collaboration technology, AV, UC, or enterprise tech preferred
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage partners, stakeholders, and customer relationships across markets
- Familiarity with Latin American business markets; Portuguese language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound LATAM leads with rapid follow-up and strong conversion focus
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
- Drive demand generation and deal execution with distributors and channel partners
- Engage VARs and AV integrators for co-selling and market expansion opportunities
- Consult with customers through product positioning, solution demos, and sales support
- Track pipeline, forecasting, and reporting accurately in Salesforce
- Identify regional growth opportunities and deliver market insights
